Another possible bug?

I found out the following:

;function_info("max")
=> {"max", 1, -1, {-2}}
;function_info("min")
=> {"min", 1, -1, {-2}}

Is the `-2' normal, and have i read over a new change? or is it just a bug.
It seems to me it is a bug.
