Lambda Core Error

Well, MGM's been working fine on a number of machine so far, and the core 
has been used on hundreds of UNIX boxes... From the log file, it appears 
that the db you're trying to load was either transferred improperly, or 
uncompressed improperly, or is otherwise completely screwed up... Where'd 
you get the db from?
