I'd suggest a new mailing list for MOO server development.  It ought
to be fairly open, but there should definitely be a strong tone of
"serious inquiries only" for prospective subscribers.  Certainly no
MOOcode programming questions, for example, and no claptrap about
ethical standards, for another.
