Okay, if I do, on a new connection, connection_options(), it reports
 "client-echo" as 0.
If I set it to 1, no change.  But if I set it to 0 (SUPPOSEDLY resetting it),
 it turns off echoing... which *was* supposedly off at the beginning.
I think this should probably just be reported as 1 unless changed in
 connection_options().
