on-the-fly Guest creation

Lots of people are proposing modifying $login:connect for this, but I
want to note a much easier way to implement this suggestion:

  $login:connect calls $guest:defer, which returns a Guest object number

So a very simple way to do this would be to create a Guest named Guest
and to put a verb on -it- which creates a new object and returns it.
(Bear in mind security and naming the Guest.)  And :disfunc could handle
the cleanup tasks.
