cores and stuff

How much and what parts, or what kinds of functionality, of the Lambda core 
must I alter for my DB to be widely considered a new "core"?  I am part 
of a project to produce a real RPG, none of this MUD-like hack and slash 
garbage I see everywhere.  We've made many changes to the original 
lambda-core, and added numerous object hierarchies.  I have added no new 
builtins, however.
