I've just got a place to put this, so the patch is now available at
http://www.dartmouth.edu/~jfdubrl/patches/o_verbs.html

The documentation is not what it really should be, but I'll try to improve it
soon.

This patch has been running bug-free for the past two months on an >800 player
MOO.
