DOSMOO and multiple connections

Does anyone know if it is possible for DOSMOOs to have multiple connections
once they are running?  I am hoping to get the assistance of the sysadmins
at my site to set something up, but I need to know what/how to tell them
(including the possibility of using some intermediary system to accomplish
it, we have a web server and I was wondering if maybe having it webbed would
be a possibility).  Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
