-d verbs causing tracebacks

It seems that this doesn't happen with all errors, but just those caused
by the move() builtin.  raise() won't cause them when eval-d is used,
nor will open_network_connection, or chparent() or recycle() when
$server_options.protect_<verb> is used.  I didn't test any other
builtins, so I'm not totally sure if move() is the only one that is
affected.  I still need to try `' and see if it causes a traceback with
`move(player,player) ! E_RECMOVE => 0', although my best guess at this
point is that it will.   I hope it isn't too late to get this fixed in
alpha3. =)
