The `expr ! errors => result' operator



I was just thinking that it would be useful if, in the `expr ! errors =>
result' operator, the "! errors" part was also optional and would default to
"! ANY".  That way if you just wanted a certain expression to be !d, you
could just put `' quotes around it.  It's not a very big change, but it
would be helpful for converting existing !d verbs to use the new operators
(and I agree, we do need a name for that :)
