I use TF 3.5 alpha 15, compiled under kernel 1.2.13 as well. 
I don't remember where I got it from.
I've searched my system for a file named gtty.c, but it doesn't seem to
exist. Maybe it belongs to TF itself, but I lost the source, so I can't
check that.
