Still Having Problems

Apologies to the list for what must seem like irritatingly simple
problems.  

A couple of weeks ago I was having problems and it was suggested that I
upgrade my core.  This I did and all seemed well.  Now though we are
needing to create new characters and whenever these characters logon
they see this...
