Suffix for dialout

Hi there, is there a way to set a dial out suffix than to hack the
sources... The modems in Singapore tends to think that it's busy when it
hears three rings, and that's bad, to bypass that I have to add in 2 to
4 commas after the number.. and since the seperator for sendfax is
comma, it's impossible to add it to the numbers..
