Edit $CONFDIR/faxrunq.config (documented in "man faxrunqd"), then just
start faxrunqd as root.  Enter it in /etc/rc.d/* [whatever your
distribution uses] to make sure it's started at bootup as well.

Faxrunqd is a fairly new addition, and you should use the faxrunqd version
coming in mgetty+sendfax 1.1.21 (lots of nice new features).
