In the 1.1.19 package of mgetty you'll find the script faxfilter at
/frontends/winword. There you can find how to extract the phonenumber from a
postscript file, which is created by printing with a poscript-printer-driver
on NT (use "Apple Laserwriter NTX" from the NT-CD or so) which is connected
to a printqueue at a samba-box.
If you or the comunity is interested, I can post or mail an extended script
which sends back error- or success-messages to the win-user (assembled from
the upper script together with a script found at
/frontends/windows/win+samba-2.txt)

And, Roland, please shorten your messages by cut of the quoting lines at the
