Do I have to comment this?  *sigh* :-(

They could, for instance, read a manual how it is *supposed* to work, 
and it shouldn't be too hard to implement a *caller ID report message*
in the same way it has been before??!??!??!  It's not that they have
problems making *caller ID* work, they make it work, and break all
programs using it.

Argh.
