Saving Faxes

Hi,

I'm building a small system here and I want to
know if there is any way I can save a fax if
someone has answered the phone on another phone.

Basicly, I have a 24/24 linux box with a voice/fax
modem. I would like it to receive faxes, but les
us answer the voice calls. So I want to know if
there is a way to "save" the fax if someone
answers. I know that some fax machines will answer
if I do a special sequence (like *123), could I do
something like that with mgetty+sendfax(+vgetty
maybe). Or is there any other way to do it, like
having the modem check if its a fax without
answering?
