Rockwell BIOS for RCV336ACF/SP ?

Allow me to pose a bit off-topic question here, but I expect the amount 
of technical modem users here to be somewhat higher...

I've got a german no-name 33k6 voice modem, based on the Rockwell chip
RCV336ACF/SP R6750-21 ('96), having a 128Kbyte EPROM (27C010).
Something is behaving really nasty.

Could someone please provide me with a 128K image file of a *non-german*
Rockwell modem based on the above Rockwell chip?

Does someone know how to suppress the DELAYED error when dialing out?
(The undocumented AT%J0 for E-tech modems is not applicable here.)

Does someone know how to alter it's country setting?
