Re[4]: this system lacks PPP kernel support

Hello ,
I setup another slackware3.5(kernel 2.0.34) system, ppp2.2.0
supported by load modules. I can use "ppp-go -d" to be a PPP
server .Then I used megtty,type "pppd",the system still say
"this system lacks PPP kernel support",I can't use ppp-go
or megtty to set ppp server.
and I tuned off megtty,I can set PPP server with "ppp-go -d" again.
So I guess:
1.PPP support is loaded by modules,so It could be a ppp server
without megtty.
2.megtty need "ppp kernel support ",not by modules,So It can't
up the ppp protocol.
