BROKEN_VTIME in vgetty

Hi everybody,

I've had mgetty/vgetty (1.1.20) up and running without any problem for
quite some time.
Then I upgraded my Sparc IPX with a magma-board for V.90 like
serial speed - no problems so far.
But obviously (as confirmed on magma site) the board qualifies for the
mgetty
option BROKEN_VTIME and with that set mgetty works:

12/30 21:10:36 a/0   mdm_command: string 'OK' -> OK
12/30 21:10:36 a/0   waiting for line to clear (select), read:
12/30 21:10:36 a/0   removing lock file
12/30 21:10:36 a/0  waiting...

But I cannot find (grep) BROKEN_VTIME option in vgetty source and vgetty
seems
to assume correct_vtime  :-(   and hangs.

Does anybody have a hint how to change this and make vgetty work
correctly ?
