Hi Mark,
This is Carlos from Cyclades Technical Support.
What is the Cyclades card, Y or Z, ISA or PCI?
What is the card driver version?
The latest driver version is available in our ftp area:
ftp://ftp.cyclades.com/pub/cyclades/cyclom-y/linux/cyc_async-655.tgz (for
Y cards), and:
ftp://ftp.cyclades.com/pub/cyclades/cyclades-z/linux/cyc_async-655.tgz
(for Z cards).
Download and install it in your linux box.
Regards,
Carlos.
