A Y2K bug with the list archive?

1) Am I right that there seems to be a Y2K bug with the list archive?

The following is from what Netscape gives me after opening

2) Another thing is that it mentions amk@magnet.com as the one to inform if 
any of
the messages are formatted incorrectly. yet I got:
