I can add another two - Solaris 2.4 on SPARC and x86.

The dial-in is via a regular login, using aspppls (ASync PPP Login
Service) as a shell. You can do this with mgetty, of course. I'm not
using asppp, though, but dp-3.1.4.

Dialout uses the uucp dialer, so I suppose locking should be alright.
