mgetty and PPP under Sun Solaris 2.3

But in Solaris 2.3(SPARC) ppp was broken, so the Lockfiles created by
ppp were not useable. Sun's hotline did know this problem. They told me,
NOT to use ppp and other dialin/dialout services (for ex. uucp) on the
same serial port. :-(
With 2.4 I didn't try that bad game again.
