Sorry about my unreliable mail spooling system

Sorry for sending one text over and over again.  I didn't do it on
purpose, of course.  My mail system kept breaking down in the middle
of the process and always restarted sending the same stuff 24 hours
later.  I think the bugs are fixed now.

As far as the contents are concerned:

Writing an incremental sending script was only difficult, because I
wanted to use TEE, so sendfax's output could stay visible.  

I can't find the -r option in the Texinfo manual of version 0.22, but
I will install 0.99 (I assume that is the latest one) soon.  I delayed
it, because I spent the last 4 months in China.
