Vgetty problems

Hello,

I tried the latest version of vgetty (Dec31) with ZyXEL 2864 modem
and I was unable to get for example the so called "button program"
to work properly.

I copied the supplied demo.sh script into ../spool/voice directory
and pressed Voice/Data button on the modem. The result was that vgetty
re-initialized itself right after the "HELLO SHELL" message.
