why Zyxel elite, not USR Courier?

and faster if you consider 33k6 and 31k2. (however, at the same line, I
haven't seen many differences but that's another story)

I would add, although initially the (no ISDN) was displayed, that the E2864
can be upgraded with a single board swap inside the modem. it can be done by
yourself.
