sendfax & timeout (stupid faxswitch!)

I recall that this hard limit also sometimes caused problems when polling a
fax machine -- it hang up when there came no data from the remote fax.

the only other option left (and it's what I have asked in the past too) is
OR to have the time-out configurable in the firmware OR to extend the time.
(the U1496 still is supported)

the time-out is pretty correct -- the time I got was 60 seconds from the
start of the dial with my U1496e+.
