sendfax fails DTE to DCE data underflow

This means "the computer sent the data *soo* slow that the modem
had to drop the connection". If you drive the modem with 38400, and your
computer is faster than a 386/40 with a load of 5 (I tested sendfax on
that configuration!), this is an error message that "can't happen".

I'd blaim a poor fax implementation in your modem, but it could be
(strange things happen) caused by the way you generated the G3 file. How
did you do that?
