Problem receiving some faxes

I have a GVC modem here that also has fax problems, It sends faxs fine.
But I can't set +fcr=1 .... so +fcr=0 which is the same as 'out of
paper' as far as the other end can tell (grumble). It sounds like that
is a different problem though. However, if there is someone who can tell
me how to tell a GVC modem it is ok to recieve a FAX file I would be
happy. That modem made my Suprafax modem seem like just the greatest
thing :-)  The only complaint I have with the Supra is that fax only
works at 19200... so I can't lock the port to 115200 like I use for
everything else.
