What is new_fax?

*sigh* - this means, that there is no such file or directory. Which means,
that you have setup a FAX_NOTIFY_PROGRAM which points to a path where
nothing can be found.

This, in turn, is completely harmless - it just means that there is no way
to auto-print (or auto-whatever) your fax.

This is all in the docs, btw.
