Some problems of faxrunqd

Hi,

I knew that there were some bugs in faxrunqd, but I hadn't the time (and
internal knowledge) and Bodo had no time at all :-(

Could you send me a "diff -c faxrunqd.in.old faxrunqd.in" so that I could
integrate your changes? I'm not so familiar with what the program does
that I could easily find the places to change myself.
