Hi,

I have a Zyxel 1496 internal modem, that can receive only one fax after
power up, then it seems to be dead. It doesnn't respond anymore.

Zyxel Firmware is 6.16 (same problem was before upgrading with a 5.x
Firmware). 
I have tested this with mgetty-0.99 and mgetty-1.0. Two external Elsa 28.8
TQV, working without any problems together with mgetty.
I am using Linux 2.0.27 and it is running on HP EISA computer.

Has anybody an idea how to get this working more than once?
