PPP connection from M$windows31 to mgetty 0.98

I need to setup a PPP connection from M$DOS/M$windoze machine to a
serial line, (initially a modem, prolly eventualy a 'dedicated serial
null modem cable').
while its on the modem line, that port on the linux side will be
called by 'this setup", std vt10x terminals (for shell login), and
possibly taylor uucp 1.06.1. where we would be a shell host, a uucp
neighbor, and ppp server (mgetty needing to give the call to the right
daemon/program). as well as dealing with minicom and uucp/taylor
1.06.1 outgoing calls (to look for locks and recognise outgoing calls).
currently, mgetty 0.98 handles the modem for shell login, and
minicom and uucp taylor 1.06.1 outgoing fine.
what do I need to change for mgetty (compile options? or setup stuff?)
for it to call pppd as a daemon and for it call uucico to answer a
uucp incoming call?
since I really don't know M$DOS/M$Winblows can anyone tell me
how I tell trumpet winsock who to call, and what its IP and my
hosts IP are? we are geting a real IP address from our ISP's pool
to be assigned to the machine and we'll add an A record to our
nameserver to associate its name with its IP.
thanks in advance....
