vgetty homepage

I created (quickly) a vgetty maintainer homepage at

   http://www-internal.alphanet.ch/~schaefer/vgetty.html

with

   1. the patches for the current vgetty to 1.1.19
      (mostly untested, this is even more dangerous than a 1.1 release)
      When tested, those will be released in the next mgetty release

   2. A few patches which will probably never be included in mgetty
      (because of duplicated functionnality), but nevertheless I find
      useful, such as my calle_d_ discrimination script which allows
      to tell mgetty to either shut up on a call, or accept it.
      This is used here on a ZyXEL 2496I to answer fax/modem on a number,
      voicemail on another (mvm), and private responder linked to voicemail
      on a third number.

NB: the mvm which allows to do this is not yet released, but there are
    examples in the patch directory how to do it.
