getting nuts on mgetty/AutoPPP and ISDN

If the caller uses ISDN PPP framing ("synchronous PPP"), you must use
ipppd.  

Mgetty+pppd+ttyI* only works for "asynchronous PPP over X.75", which is 
not the standard way to do PPP-over-ISDN.
