Some problems with VM?

Do you hear noise when you play ?  Or nothing ?   If nothing,
check you use pvftormd ZyXEL_1496 2 (that should work also on
old releases). Or try to record, and use rmdfile on it.

Also, if it does not work, it could be flow control. Also, I remember
that sometimes vgetty itself works better than vm :)
