Caller or called ID ?   Current mvm supports calle*d* ID. Support for
calle*r* ID depends on
   - mgetty setting the CALLER_ID somewhere, e.g. in an environment
     variable -> see one of the inofficial patch on vgetty's WWW server
   - mvm doing something with it ... left to the reader :)
