2 Years for mgetty! When is 1.2 Expected?

Yes, the vgetty documentation is where the real work lies.  I have
been mulling over in my mind the possibility of writing an O'Rielly
book on mgetty/vgetty/mvm, but I do not think it is quite time for
that yet.  Maybe this summer...
