mgetty-1.1.19*src.rpm?

The latest SRPM I could find was for 1.1.14 on ftp://contrib.redhat.com

You should be able to build your own by grabbing the spec file from
this SRPM and altering it to deal with the latest version, then just
download the tar.gz file and put it in your /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
directory. Use 'rpm -ba <spec file>' to build a binary package and a sour=
ce
package, or just 'rpm -bb <spec file>' if you only want the binary
rpm.
