reports bad fax receive

I seem to get this code back from the modem if someone makes a call
and hangs up during the last ring before the modem picks up the call.

This happens every few days, and I can receive faxes just fine, so
the switchbd parameter seems to be ok.

The Reception Time is nearly everytime 02:24.
