Yes, but only on very few modems (ZyXEL 2864DI and Elsa MicroLink
TL/V.34).

A major problem with this is that many of the cheap TKs do not show the
destination number when "ringing" on an internal S0.
What you can do is to get an ISDN "Anlagenanschluss" with 99 numbers or
so, and run the modem directly on it. Warning: only the ELSA supports
this (point-to-point).
