Hmmm, this depends on what the sending machine sends - there is a distinct
"code" for "a new page is staring here", and mgetty can detect this just
fine.  If the sender doesn't do that, well, then it *is* just one page.

Look at the "pbmplus" tools, there are tools in there to split images
(pnmcut, I think, can be used for that).
