announcing danswer-v0.5

This is to announce a new release of danswer.  It is a simple shell
script which includes callerid functions, a phonebook compiler, a
voicemail player and remover, and a switchboard program for vgetty. 
This fixes alot of problems with the first release of danswer which was
horribly flawed.  

The switchboard option allows you to answer each caller uniquely, even
hanging up on those you don't want to hear from.
