This was already on the wish list for 1.1.19 :-) - Marc Schaefer's
extentions to the RING handling go in that direction (ask cnd-program as
soon as we know the caller ID, and then decide whether to let the call
RING, reject it [if possible due to ISDN], accept it, wait for 5 more
RINGs, ...).
Since it involves a rewrite of the "incoming RING nastiness", it takes
more time than I had in the last months, so I didn't do it yet. But I
most certainly will.
