Play a message before fax transmiting

I'll be very thankful if someone give me a help.
I want to make a message to be played *before* sending a fax, that is:
1. Modem dials a number
2. Play a message (like "Press START button to receive a fax")
3. And then start transmitting a fax.
There is a script in a distribution which implementfirst two steps, but =
how to start fax transmission from that script?
Or perhaps there is another solution?
