I'm a wannabee in many fields myself. BUT I try to make sure I know
what I'm talking about BEFORE posting to things like bugtraq, where the
Real Experts are reading what I write...

Cybercafe, or things like a local ISP would work, and I would do this
if I were here for more than just a couple of days.
