Hello again...
my Hagenuk SpeedViper drives me crazy.
While beforehand using an internal isdn adapter I was able
to use both channels at a time. This means listening for
a possible dialin call on the one hand and surfing through
the web on the other.
Some days ago I've bought an external isdn adapter. Till today
I had no time to try it out... but now it's really
disappointing.
If I fire up mgetty to listen on port ttyS1 for incoming calls
I'm not able to call out anymore ;-(
Is the difference -and the problem- between my internal and my external
adapter, that the internal works on the ISA bus while the external
is connected to the computer's serial port?
Is that the reason why I won't be able to have more than one connection
at a time?
Bye,
Alex
