notice from faxranqd on startup after reboot

Hello,

after a reboot or new start after shutdown faxrunqd says on the active
tty:

"Statement unlikly to be reached at /usr/sbin/faxrunqd line 849
(Maybe you meant system() when you said exec()?)"

I took a look in this script an found the notice about kill -1 and
deleting JOB.locked.
But on my system are no locked jobs at this moment.

faxrunqd has an entry in inittab
f:235:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxrunqd -d -l ttyS1

Is there anything wrong or can i ignore this notice on startup?
