Well, yes, I know that.  But *is* it at stdin?  Or just "somewhere" or
even "nowhere"?

EXECUTE_PROGRAM sounds good.  SEND_FAX as a "call sendfax with the
proper arguments" is also good - but I want to avoid having sendfax
built into vm...
